Peach Tree - Pretty Dead - Next steps…

So as you can see my peach tree is pretty dead but still alive. Problem is I’m not 100% sure if that alive branch is above or below the graft (If there even is one) {photo 2}. I’ve scratched tested all the top branches and everything is dead.

Let’s say I want it to keep growing… what would be next steps?

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

So I just learned that there’s a special way to maintain peach trees.

How do I go about pruning this? It’s spring now - zone 9b.

The tree flowered already.

Is it too late to prune?
