Headphone zone warranty claim - 1.5 months, no proper replies, no solution in sight
It's been a really bad experience with headphone zone warranty claim. I sent them in on March 24 because one of the earpiece has much less volume than the other.
First they said it's working as expected. Then they said they are transferring it to Mumbai for more evaluation. Now they are not replying since almost a month.
