Stepping down
officially got my demotion approved and am transferring to my new store next week!
it feels very bittersweet and i am honestly kind of sad leaving leadership and my store but this will be the best for me right now.
any other TLs here that stepped down and how did it feel for you?
for context i was a presentation/pricing team leader and have been a 2 previous team leader roles before this one.
