Move Asana files to High Level
Need someone to help move files and client information from Asana into HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
This is mainly a one-time organization and transfer project, but if you already have HighLevel experience there may also be an opportunity for ongoing work responding to and managing new leads inside the CRM.
Tasks include:
• Checking if contacts already exist in HighLevel
• Creating new contacts if they do not exist
• Creating opportunities in the correct pipelines
• Uploading and organizing documents from Asana into the correct opportunities/contacts in HighLevel
• Keeping everything clean and organized
• Potential ongoing lead response/admin support for the right person
Requirements:
• Experience with HighLevel / GoHighLevel preferred
• Attention to detail is very important
• Comfortable working with CRMs and file organization
• Good communication and reliability
Pay:
$6 USD/hour
