My house management is honestly ridiculous.
Last week I got charged RM500 just because I used the outside plug ONCE to charge my laptop because my extension was broken. It was literally a one-time emergency use. Then management said if I don’t pay by 11 May 2026, they’ll cut off my electricity. And today I got another RM100 penalty for “outside rubbish” that isn’t even mine. The items they took photos of were already on the dining table since the day I moved in. It’s a shared house with previous tenants moving in and out, so it could literally belong to anyone. But they just assumed it was mine/us. What pisses me off is that the photo they sent isn’t even proof that the stuff belongs to me. It just feels like the management is randomly charging tenants without properly checking anything. RM500 for charging a laptop one time using an outside plug… is this even normal?
