An online business is slandering me

Hello all, first time posting here, long time lurking. Posting this on a throwaway account for reasons that will become clear.

I recently posted a fully honest review about a business in England. I live in Northern Ireland.

The business reached out to me via text and email about the review, I responded telling them that the review was honest, explained my reasons for not reaching out to them (a previous negative experience from reaching out to them) and that I wouldn't be removing the review.

Under my trustpilot review, they responded with my full name and address, and made up complete lies, saying that they'd banned me for supplying products to children (these are 18+ products) and that I'd been inappropriate towards staff.

Clearly this is illegal, I don't need to be told that, but what exactly should I do about this?

I am in a position where I could pay for a solicitor if necessary, but I'd like to be pointed in the right direction.

EDIT: To be clear all communication with this business has been written, I have evidence of all our communications, they said this communication happened over the phone but I can also prove that I've not had a single phone call from them.

FINAL EDIT: I have gotten in touch with the ICO and have gotten in touch with a solicitor to pursue the next steps. Truly appreciate all the help that was offered here.
