Do i have TSW?

Do i have TSW?

Hello everyone,

I’m 22 years old and I’ve had eczema my whole life. Over the past two years, my eczema has gotten worse, and I’ve been diagnosed with atopic eczema. This year, for the first time, I’ve developed eczema on my face. After having it for a month, it went away on its own with natural oil, but now it came back 10 times worse and I was forced to use cortisone cream. It’s a lot better now, but it still looks a little red. I’m afraid I have TSW or might develop it. When I was 7, I used cortisone once for a few days (then nothing for years); when I was 16, I only used it on small spots (very little and never for long, always less than a week, and maybe only a few times a year). Since last year, I’ve had to use it a few times, but never for longer than a week (often even less) and maybe a maximum of 3 times a year. Now I’ve had to apply it to my face for a week, but I’m really afraid this might already be TSW.
