Does anyone know what's up with the mobile car wash that sits in the Blu parking lot frequently? I don't drive thru there often, but they seem to be there anytime I go by during the day. It doesn't seem to have any signs as to who its for or running it? Is it a special needs charity or a local group raising money? A business? Has anyone used it?
