I hope this is the right place to ask this question. So my partner and I are both buying a new build house in Cork. The house looks great and its a very modern home. We have already put a small deposit down to reserve the house until the paperwork can be processed. However, here is our issue. We have asked for the internal measurments of the rooms to which they said they wont give us as there is no garantee the house would have the same measurements. To us this means that the showroom they showed us might not even be the same as the one we are purcahsing. Are we over thinking this? Other new builds in the same area provide internal room dimensions. Just looking for some advise.
