I’m a dual European /USA citizen - living in Europe for the last several years. Born in the USA. I am wondering what I will need in terms of documents if I do the extra background check for access to certain projects. I’ve had criminal background checks done here and in the USA (clear on both) and I have degrees from both. What will I need to provide for the background check - and will mine be delayed or face problems due to my having a footprint in two different countries? I have active driver licenses in both. Unexpired passports for both. But haven’t lived in the USA for a while (although I file tax returns there as required for American expats). On DA I am signed up thru my European residence (where I’ve been living now for several years). If anyone else like me on DA completed the extra background check, I’d love to know what documents you needed and how it progressed. Thanks.

After some months on the platform, I recently started seeing a couple of projects greyed out (not active links) on my projects page. For these, there is a message that my screen is too small for the project. I use a 14-inch laptop. I also have an auxiliary screen that I could use (27 inch), but when it is connected, DA can't tell (unfortunately). I'm wondering what size laptops are you all working with if you are not getting this message? To be clear, I am getting projects greyed out for some basic tasks (some involving rubrics, for example), nothing that seems especially image-intensive.
