I'm moving soon (within Denver), and it got me thinking, noise is almost impossible to know about before you sign a lease. You can tour an apartment, read reviews, check the location, and still end up hearing your upstairs neighbor's all lease long..
I'm curious how common this actually is. Did you ever move into a place that turned out to be way louder than expected? What happened? Would you have chosen differently if you'd known?
Asking because I'm working on something that tries to solve this problem for Denver renters, but mostly just want to hear real experiences first.
