Rmour is that the boys and girls on Reg got some bad news about how they'll be paid after RIMPAC.
Feel free to provide any relevant context or pertinent information, but if this is true then it seems like there's good merit for those affected to submit grievances against whoever came up with this, for gross disregard of the CBIs.
