Im not sure if this is the exact place to be asking, but I was wondering about che guevaras' new man idea or theory, whatever you like to call it. which book or work of his would be best to read on it?

Simple question, are labor articulate proletariat or petty bourgeois or somewhere in the middle. My instincts say proletariat but I just want to check/ confirm

I’m not joking but what would hot dog vendors be. Or maybe more broadly like self employed peoples. I was watching a video and the main idea was some fools were saying because people were buying food from the vendor while chanting no to capitalism they were hypocritical which is such a bad argument, but it got me thinking. Would the be petty borugies (idk how to spell it) ? Or something else?

I have heard so much discourse on the acp being non-Marxist, fascist, a psyop , and I have only seen the comments from the founder, which I agree it is very bigoted. However I have not seen from the actual party that they are reactionary(I have not looked very hard to be honest). Can anyone help me understand the critiques or provide evidence?
