Hey! First post on this tag, so sorry if I miss anything, but my family and I are planning a holiday getaway to Tokyo and Sapporo on the end of the year. Our plan so far is we will be staying in Tokyo on December 21-26 and take the train (because my mother wanted ti experience the Shinkansen) to Sapporo where we will be staying from December 26-29. Are there any tips or recommendations in the time allotment? Is it better to stay longer in Tokyo, then travel to Sapporo on the 27th? And what are good places to go in Tokyo and Sapporo during that time? Thank you!
