How to even price this job hall ways doors and buildings.

The storage unit wants exterior of the buildings, washed of bird droppings, algae and mold abd hallways washed of bird poop. The hallways will need plastic wrapped and sandbagged probably to ensure no water gets into the storage units as there’s a gap between the ceiling and the top of the walls of the storage units and a gap from the floor and the wall of the storage units. The doors are heavily oxidized metal there is 68,200 ft.² of units and 30 hallways. The hallways are anywhere from 3 to 5 feet wide and 30 to 40 feet long. Also, there’s one house Spicket on the whole property so we will need to hook up to the nearest fire hydrant probably which is one minute up the road. How are you guys pricing this. Or should I send it to my buddy –that has 10+ years in the wash game.

How you guys bidding this ?

Total of 15 storage units 12 of them are 4300 ft.² and three of them are 5500 ft.² some are made of oxidized, metal and some painted cinder blocks.

Digital marketing help

Where did you guys learn digital marketing, or who handles it for your company?

I know I’m probably going to get a bunch of DMs from marketing agencies, but I’m really looking for advice from people in the pressure washing/soft washing industry who are actually getting results.

Are you running Facebook ads and Google ads yourself, or did you hire a company? If you hired someone, who are you using and what kind of results are you seeing?

I’ve been setting aside about $500 per week for marketing. I’ve watched YouTube videos and tried running my own ads, but I’ll spend close or over $100 each campaign and get no leads, then end up shutting the campaign off. At this point I’m feeling pretty stuck and would appreciate hearing what’s working for others.

What ladders are you solo guys running

I’m looking for a 50 foot ladder for the taller roofs the current one I have is SOOOOO heavy and needs 2 people. I need one I can confidently send with an employee that can set it up by himself and safely. Any recommendations?

Where to even start and pricing

This is a dumpster pad that needs washed and I’m used to cleaning dumpster pads, but I have no experience washing any thing of asphalt. On top of that the grease buildup is absolutely insane and rock solid like it’s been sitting there forever. What would be your guys process to do this and what would your pricing look like?

Might be a dumb question but will I have to scrub this steeple? Or will just a basic soft wash work on it?

Got this small church that I need to do we plan on soft washing the vinyl and doing the concrete, but if not too sure about l steeple if I can just soft wash it too, or I’m gonna have to soft wash and scrub it.

I’m only using a 2800psi 8gpm machine with 24 inch surface cleaner with 25025 tips. after 3 years this is the first driveway I’ve etched and have no clue what to do any recommendations? Like go back over with small swirl motion or should I lower the psi on the unloader and go back over it
