I don't mind them actually using meta knowledge but when it is them getting a system, or Out of Context powers, or some other BS instead of actually working for it. Two good examples that do this well are Pokemon Trainer Vicky(Pokemon), and A Cruel Displacement(DBZ). I really enjoyed these but find most SI fics have most stuff added and it makes the story boring that they don't have to work for anything.

Strong preference for the SI not being given some OP advantage beyond meta knowledge and a little luck. I think the closest I can find is probably Pokemon Trainer Vicky. I don't really want anything too dark but oddly enough I do really enjoy people enjoying their best life despite being screwed by fate and put in either a doomed scenario like "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!" or maybe if they got inserted into a grimdark fiction and find a way to still have a good life. I guess another good one is fix-it stories where people are regressing to their youth when it is in our world but that would be an original story and not fanfiction.

Options 3&4 are (1/4 acre lot <1 mile from current location)

All but the double wide allow you to take ownership of the property after 10 years, the double wide instead covers your electric, rent, and the landlord will perform basic maintenance and repairs if necessary but you don't own the property afterward.

For the Zillow choice please find a listing with an actual price for $20k that you would live in for the next 10 years, if it is less than $20k you keep the difference.
