PS: Tata Tanishq’s making charges range from 5% to 25% + 3% GST... Jaggi Baba’s energised gold is still on the higher side if he is even charging 25% making charge, and Baba is only selling a simple pendant.

Sadhguru’s Isha is sitting on over $100 million in cash—yet still wants 7% of his followers’ income

Isha Foundation Inc., Sadhguru’s U.S. nonprofit branch, reported $190.6 million in assets at the end of 2024 — up from $57.5 million in 2020. If its recent growth continued, the American organization is now likely worth more than $200 million. It also held nearly $60 million in cash at the end of 2024—profiting $30 million that year alone. If that cash-growth pattern continues, its cash reserves could approach $120 million by the end of 2026.

And that is only the U.S.; the India branch dwarfs the American by three or four times.

Tourist dies by suicide at Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore

Combatore: A 29-year-old youth died by suicide at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore district on Sunday evening.

Police identified the deceased as T Karthi, 29, from Viluppuram district. He was residing in Coimbatore for about one year and was working as an excavator operator.

The incident came to light after Alandurai police were informed about a man found injured near the car parking exit of the Isha Yoga Centre. When police personnel reached the spot, they found a man lying in a pool of blood with severe head injuries. The 108 ambulance service personnel who were called to the scene, declared him dead after an examination.

Subsequent enquiry revealed that he was visiting the Isha Yoga Centre as a tourist. During investigation, police examined CCTV camera footage available in and around the area. The footage showed the man climbing onto the roof of a power room located within the premises and subsequently jumping off the roof.

The findings of the postmortem examination, coupled with the CCTV camera evidence, suggest that the man died after intentionally jumping off the elevated structure. His body was later handed over to his relatives after the postmortem.

Alandurai police are investigating further to establish the cause of suicide.
