As you may have seen in my last post, I proposed the idea of an "official" boykisser license that doubles as a bio page (similar to carrd and linktree)

The site is now a countdown page, and the launch happens tomorrow (Jun 26) at 3:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM UTC.

Once it opens, you’ll be able to:
→ claim your official boykisser license number
→ build your public profile page
→ link your socials
→ preorder a real printed card (10 USD)

A few quick notes:
- the earliest signups get the lowest license numbers
- the first 100 members receive the exclusive Founder Gold card design
- international shipping is 8 USD
- domestic shipping in Denmark is 5 USD
- printing and shipping starts at 200 preorders

so this started as a dumb idea I couldn't stop thinking about.

you know those boykisser license cards people make? I kept wondering why it wasn't a real thing you could just... get. so now I'm building it: boykisser.gg

here's the gist. you sign up (free) and get your own official boykisser license. a unique license number that's yours and only yours, your handle, country, bio, social links, and your pfp on the card, plus a public page people can find and follow you on. it's part ID card, part bio page.

the earlier you are, the lower your license number. and founding members get a special gold edition card design

now the really cool part: real physical cards. actual PVC, same size and weight as the ID in your wallet, but it works like a membership / business card. there's a barcode on the front that the in-app scanner reads, and a QR code on the back any phone can scan. point a camera at it and it pulls up your profile, socials, the whole thing. so instead of typing out your @ or explaining what boykisser.gg is, you just let someone scan it. basically a boykisser business card that lives in your wallet.

the site is free and stays free. the physical card is the only optional paid thing, and I'm funding the card printer through preorders. so physical cards only become real when enough people actually want them. you all decide if this happens.

which is the whole reason for this post. before I go further I just wanna know: is this something you'd actually use, or am I the only one who thinks this is funny?

TL;DR: building boykisser.gg - free site where you get your own official boykisser license (number, bio, public page). optional paid physical PVC card you can scan to share your profile. would you use it?

UPDATE: i can tell this is something most people here want, so i'm gonna finish building it. I saw there was some confusion with the website not existing, so I made a coming soon page for now where you can sign up to be notified on launch. I will continue to update this post for when the project launches!
