I’m a hobby gardener that has isolated and propagated a couple generations of mutated strawberries producing five-lobed leaves. Looking for pressing advice.

I’ve never pressed leaves or flowers but would like to document this oddity I’ve isolated and propagated in my garden. Is it as simple as laying the leaves flat between a couple sheets of parchment paper and pressing? I’m concerned about the inevitable foliage overlap when I lay them flat. Would strips of parchment between the overlaps be advisable? I’ve only got a handful of pristine examples to snip from the plants and would like to get it right the first time.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
