I saw this modifier increase after completing a pairlament issue and was wondering what the point was. I never really thought about it until now, but now that I am, I am wondering when trade range just becomes global, if it ever does.

I have tried to look at the wiki, but that one only states the range in numbers, which I don't know how to imagine on the actual map.
