30l tank snail question

So i posted a few weeks back, and thanks to all the advice, my tank is thriving ❤️ (I think)

There was some white bio film, but the snails that came with the plants ate it all. I now discovered what I think is a clutch of snail eggs?

Will they self regulate, or should I remove clutches of eggs so early in?

The tank is 30l and 2 weeks old.

Pigment Question

Hellö, i made this printable hollow liquid core dice thingies, and i wanted to make the liquid inside look like thick and blood like, but so far its either lava lamp or the oil sticks to the sides and it becomes opaque :/ does anyone have any tips on how to get a thick-ish liquid like look?

First Aquarium ever

So this is my first aquarium ever, probably a stupid question, but do I have enough plants?

I am not concerned about it still being a bit cloudy. (I got it on Tuesday)

But what I read and heard in videos about walstad aquariums is that they rely on mostly plants to clean and sustain the water... i mean, it's very young, so the plants will grow, but do I need anything to basically jump-start the whole thing?

I printed myself some potion dice, and i am a bit confused what to use for the actual liquid...
I tried oil and water, I like how the oil moves but i am a bit worried for when it will eventually spoil and the water sadly moves very unsatisfying (the green one).

So is there a secret liquid to use for dice like that?
(I read on other posts to mix water with alcohol or to use Resin but is that really it?)

(Edit) To everyone who prints them, if they have any flaws pls let me know!
