I'm on day 7 of Hrt recording this for posterity, I'm on Estradiol Valerate Sublingual mono therapy 2mg Sublingual Daily, the only major change I've noticed is emotional and that was on day 3, I'm happy. It feels like the elephant that's been on my shoulders my whole life has been taken away
