I missed it last year I had enough to get it i didn't get it for some reason now i regret that

Bought the 39 pull deal for 80 Canadian dollar and guess what not even close to being able to buy it

It all of a sudden goes into this form and doesn't let me play and all my money and gold turn into 0 I even put data on and it still like this

I prepare money for 500 pull but got all of these in less then 400 pull look like i have money to re run battlepass

I tried the offline trick doesn't work people tell me to sign out or clear account data while I am already unable to sign in I restarted my phone didn't work I even cleared app cache and still doesn't work. Should I keep waiting or what
