A reliable POS system matters more than most businesses realize

I’ve noticed people usually focus on features when choosing a POS system, but reliability might actually matter more long term.

Even small issues like slow syncing, connection drops, or payment delays can affect customer experience pretty quickly during busy hours. Feels like stability becomes more important the longer a business uses the system daily.

A lot of small businesses underestimate how much small tech issues cost them

I’ve noticed many small businesses only pay attention to tech when something completely stops working.

But even smaller issues slow systems, unstable WiFi, printer problems, software glitches quietly waste time every single day and affect productivity more than people realize.

Individually they seem minor, but over time the interruptions really add up.

Curious if other business owners here have noticed the same thing.
