Its week 7 of 10mg rad daily and im thinking of ending my cycle i need a little advice on my pct im not sure what, when and for how long i should take it

Hello everyone i have just startet with rad its day 6 now i‘ve been taking 10mg daily in the morning around 6-8 AM. This morning i forgot to take it and now im stuck at work, is it fine if i take it this evening or should i just skip and continue tomorrow with my usual schedule?
