I paid the full amount of the hostel fee but can't pay the mess fee right now, will i get an email regarding the room allotment and what if I want to pay 2-3 days before my orientation i.e 16july

i paid the program fee of cse on the 6th of may (direct adm through boards) and today i login in my dashboard but i saw that my application is not visible(neither on application in progress section nor in applications completed section), the application(s) completed section is completely empty. Is this usual or not !!!
