I researched rings for quite a while and settled on UH Air. I liked the biohacking aspect with no subscription.

However, I’ve read so much about how the rings break easily and it’s a nightmare to get them refunded. I’ve just had the sizing kit so far and they are taking ages to even update that it’s arrived on the app so I can’t even choose the size and properly order the ring. I’ve messaged customer support but they haven’t gotten back to me.

Just looking for any positivity really - has anyone had good experiences with the ring?
