Im moving in tomorrow and I'm just curious. Is the Prov really that bad? I have managed bad housing before so I just want to know if its as bad as people are saying. Also, is security bad as well? I have a pass to park at the lot near Kurz and Bettie Johnson, so will my car be safer there or at the prov. just wanna clear some anxiety
