Starting a clothing brand in Morocco — ⛔Need advice on sourcing and production

I'm currently working on starting a small clothing brand in Morocco, mainly focused on hoodies and T-shirts. I'm still at the early stage and I'm trying to learn as much as possible before spending money or committing to production.
My main goal is to create high-quality, premium-feeling garments with a good fit, heavyweight fabric, quality stitching, and good finishing. I don't want to simply take a basic hoodie and put a logo on it.
I'm trying to figure out a few things:
- Where can I find good-quality heavyweight hoodie/T-shirt fabrics in Morocco?
- Are there specific fabric suppliers, manufacturers, or workshops that you would recommend?
- For someone starting small, is it better to buy high-quality blank garments and customize them, or have the garments made from scratch?
- What should I look for when choosing fabric? GSM, composition, weight, shrinkage, stitching, etc.
- What are the best options for printing, embroidery, labels, and other finishing if I want a premium result?
- Are there Moroccan manufacturers/workshops that are willing to work with small quantities and samples?
- If you've started a clothing brand yourself, what mistakes would you recommend a beginner avoid?
- should i buy followers fl badya or just focus on ads ?
I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience with clothing manufacturing, textile sourcing, streetwear, or the Moroccan fashion industry.
I'd really appreciate any practical advice, supplier recommendations, or personal experiences. Even if you started with very little and had to figure everything out yourself, I'd love to hear how you approached it.
