I just made a purchase on this beautiful doll today on Aliexpress but I don't know who she is as I never seen her before but love her hair and these clothes on her she was the only one available and there is no other listing of her so I decided I was going to buy her because I like her alot if someone could identify her would be great.
I tried to google if her and it's not coming up this particular one and to me she looks similar to be bratz (Yasmin) but when you compare it to the online images of be bratz Yasmin this one looks so white washed to be her and her hair is just black so I am lost with this one any ideas at least?
I brought this doll for cheap as I was thinking of swapping heads as I got a far better condition rock angelz jade head from AliExpress and this was $44 as the seller was unsure which doll it was she was shown in the listing as dirty but never was mentioned that she was going to arrive with a really bad musty smell with her I just washed her because she was in rough condition and was extremely smelly not in a good way 😓.

Was hoping this wasn't going to be better if she gets a washed but I was so wrong the moment I took her clothes off and started washing her I found two pink highlighter like marks and I am very convinced this is the pink bacteria stuff due to the smell she came with and her being rough shape not sure how else to get this musty smell I tried my best used banana flavoured body scrub to help get rid off the smell it's better but i can still smell it not being fully gone any tips where to go through here got excited because she was cheap. And can someone confirm my nightmare fear that this is the pink bacteria or what a lot of doll collectors call it as pink pony cancer.

Don't worry I am going to isolate her straight away in a snaplock bag I don't trust this doll rn all what she has been through considering that she came from a guy's house not sure how he treated her while she was there. I am abit worried though 😓
First I will start with Dana on the second photo originally purchased her I think in 2024 from an op shop I usually go to but she has been with my other dolls it hasn't spread anymore on her and hasn't spread onto my other dolls but I thought I would double check just in case she is been with other dolls for a while to me hers look like from a marker since it just stayed in the one spot really on that one arm hasn't moved or spread further or gone on the other arm but it is better safe than sorry to ask about this formal funk Dana to be on the safe side. And there is a small dot under the arm but looks connected to the big massive one as it's like wrapped around in that one area.
As for miss Yasmin I purchased her from a seller with this bratz angelz jade head it came today and seller only put in the listing of her small chipped off paint on the lip as you can see but never said or put in the description of the pink marks that is the same colour to Dana's but this one looks like it is spreading compared to Dana's situation need advice asap?
Scored her for $2 from an op shop as she looks like she has seen better days she looks like she has been chewed on by a dog but she also looks like she is starting to get pony cancer and looks fresh as some looks like it could be flakey and not sure if it is pony cancer I don't want it to spread to my other bratz dolls and need to make a smart and fast decision as I want to save her as much as I can because her head is fine and I don't want it to go onto her head.
Don't mind the attempt to draw over her body as she has no clothes on.
Saw a listing on Aliexpress after I saw a different listing with a factory rejected cady head wave 1 I purchased from this seller on AliExpress for the first time. And I always wanted to get a bratz rock angelz doll in my collection even if it was a factory rejected one this head is so pretty and I just thought I would ask I did buy it and will get a body for her next week since I got to get one for Katia play sports head.
