Anyone have any experience with Universal North America Insurance for homeowners insurance?
Trying to decide between them and Farmers. I’m insuring a home I’m in escrow for in a moderate fire area in SoCal. Farmers is 7k annually, and Universal North America is 4k. Coverages are the same with no hidden bs about not covering water damage, sewage backup, or wind.
