I’m posting in the hope that someone else has experienced something similar or can offer some insight.

I stopped taking Yasmin/Yasminelle in August 2025 after 10 years. My cycle returned quite quickly afterward and has been fairly consistent since then (around 29–31 days), with a normal 5-day bleed and no real symptoms like cramps or spotting. I did get all the acne and hair shedding symptoms though.

However, I’m now in month 10 and currently on day 40 with no sign of my period. I thought I felt some mild cramping a few days ago and I’ve also been quite bloated over the past week, so I’m a bit confused about what’s going on.

Has anyone else had something similar happen after being regular for a while post-pill? Did your cycle settle back down again or stay irregular after a delay like this?
