How to incorporate foreign language phrases into dialogue?

I’m a native Spanish speaker and fluent in the language. All of the main characters are fluent as well and I would like to incorporate important portions of dialogue in Spanish, but the book is primarily in English. So how do I incorporate Spanish words into the dialogue? do I provide the dialogue in Spanish and immediately provide the English equivalent? Such as,

Last night over coffee, he reluctantly confessed, “Valentina, necesito desahogarme, he estado un poco, no sé, inquieto.” Valentina I need to vent/unburden myself, I have been a bit, I don’t know, restless.

the MC is speaking to his mentor, Valentina, who is a much older woman.
