Converse Deletes Racist Ad After Backlash

I want to know, who created and approved this ad to begin with? How did Converse think this made good business sense? With all the suspicious hangings of black folks (70+) in recent years, why the f@ck is a company posting an ad like this? What percent of their customers are black?

I used to work in marketing. I 100% guarantee this ad was intentional. It isn't just a "coincidence". The lighting, positioning, wardrobe, etc. Intentional.

I'm going to end up not shopping anymore for how long my boycott list is getting.

Kassidy O'Connell's Exclusive Interview With Jesse Weinstein, James Vituscka's Attorney

Kassidy interviewed James Vituscka's lawyer, Jesse Weinstein. This case is going to be very interesting. Kassidy was pretty harsh on James in the past, so I really respect what she has to say about him and the case now. Jesse seems like one of the good ones. One of the things Jesse said is something I always say to people, including in this community. Watch patterns. Patterns of behavior, action patterns, vocal patterns, body language, text patterns, etc. I didn't believe Blake Lively and posted about it the day after the New York Times article was released. What was in that article, didn't match patterns that real victims experience.

Jesse Weinstein is an employment attorney and partner at Phillips & Associates. His legal background, his career trajectory, and his commitment to representing plaintiffs in high-stakes employment discrimination cases is touched upon.

Weinstein explains his investigative approach to cases, often drawing parallels to his prior experience in the Navy and the Bronx District Attorney's office.

Weinstein discusses his representation of James Vituscka in his lawsuit against The Daily Mail. Apparently, James has a lot of evidence and Kassidy has seen some of it. I can't wait to read up on the filings.

Jesse addresses public criticisms of James (such as being labeled a "flip-flopper") and clarifies his strategy of using exhibits to challenge public narratives.

Weinstein touches upon his other high-profile cases, including a sexual assault suit against Kanye West, in which Kanye's lawyers DON'T DISPUTE the assault and a recent filing against Paulo Zampoli ( Trump appointee).

Oh, Jesse has litigated in the Southern District NY Court ( hi Lapdog Liman 👋).

Kjersti and Magnus show the actual statistical analysis from YouTube of her "Little Bump" video that Blake accuses TAG and Jed of amplifying, and the numbers and graph dispute Lively's expert. The curve shows organic growth versus manipulated spikes, particularly after Jed Wallace was hired. Jed needs a refund on that time macine I guess.
