Functional Seizure or what is it? (Maybe Content Warning)

I've been off work with the fire service since April with symptoms randomly, finally been seen by a neurologist a month ago and still to rule out a few more sinister bits but says it most likely will be FND as a diagnosis.

One bit of it I've been having are these "episodes" that at first a cardiologist labeled them as adrenaline attacks. Neurologist said it could be functional seizures. But I'm not sure as it's doesn't really match, wanted to explain a typical attack and see if anyone has similar.

First off my mobility has been hindered with FND, with chronic fatigue and what we call a massive exercise intolerance making a 1min walk feels like a 1hr run...

It starts with a sense of something wrong, and heavy palpitations, I have twitches but they start to get worse, and my arms start going numb from the fingers up to upper arm, sometimes with pins and needles and become even weaker, then I start to become "out of it" with a thousand mile stare but conscious, I am responsive to a degree but usually at this point I don't remember much but haven't lost consciousness, my fiance says I go very pale on the face and my hands and feet go purple and my twitches become more frequent and bigger, RARELY my BP goes up to 200+/100+ and BPM gets to around 140 (I am on high HR meds).

I have been ambulanced for one, another happened at a GP surgery, but it usually only lasts max 30min or so and by the time I'm seen I'm past it, only lasting things I get are very weak and higher brain fog for a few days after, but both A&E and GP said neurologist would need to see it and never get to me in time to see it anyway...when they happen now my fiance just monitors me and puts me to bed after it's over and diary it for my specialist.

My cardiologist did diagnose me with Autonomic Dysfunction, Inappropriate Tachycardia and Hypertension Stage 2 before sending me off to the neurologist...but idk has anyone else had similar and got a name for it?

X-ray of my teeth and jaw "closed"

There is a medical plan to break my top and bottom jaw, cut bits off and realign, one completely healthy tooth was removed bottom left to help realign everything.

This is an x-ray after having braces on for years at this point.

Hiya, so I've been going through the process with my local council of change of use on a office building to residential to make it my forever home, been going a good 6months so far, planning was all approved after awhile, building regs though have been nothing but rubbish so far, got me to get a SAP which took ages but complied with Part L.

Building Regs are now saying I need sprinklers installed but couldn't give me any details on what I needed exactly, just said it's a checkbox for them, every company and person in the industry have told me I would not need them as that's only for new dwelling, this is a 200 year old building and am just getting a building notice material change of use.

Building Regs only get back to me like once a week and wanted them to supply documentation that says I do need it but have been silent on it, and told me there's noone higher I can go to than my building inspector.

Basically want to know if I do actually need them as it's a good £5000 looking online and that's without a pump, plus I don't even own the property yet as it needs to be residential first before my mortgage can apply on it. And for god's sake I'm a on-call firefighter and the house is one door down from the firestation (I know that doesn't change legal but it's just funny)

My main job is IT from home and even with Mist sprinklers I'd be terrified of it destroying everything by accident if on a AFS system. So even if there's something else I can get to comply with the regulation. Something cheaper as I'm not exactly rolling in money from this process.
