So I have a “Minors DNI (Do not interact)” message in my bio and whoever this is, keeps making accounts and sending me extremely upsetting and disturbing messages. I never respond just immediately report and block. The problem is no matter how many times I report and block he just ends up making a new account. Is reporting and blocking all I can do? Is there anyway this guy can get IP banned or something? I fear for the minors that play this game.
