Started playing pickup again recently after nearly 8 years off, used to play defense primarily so that’s what I’ve been playing most.

I’ve noticed people tend not to track back when the ball is lost so it ends up someone on the other team receives the ball in space about 10 yards in front of me, they have a runner on one side, and they’re dribbling towards me/the goal. What’s the best way to defend that scenario?
