Marvel Rivals basically. Rivals led entirely to me shipping them together and I couldn’t be happier.

I always liked Venom as a character growing up, so I knew when I tried him out in game that he was gonna be my main. Psylocke on the other hand, admittedly, the Vengeance skin is what pulled me to her, and I’m so glad it did. The combination of my first time hearing their in game voice lines + them becoming my first two mains & first two lords really did play a big part in me shipping them together.

Their dialogue together gave the vibes somewhat of enemies to lovers, with Venom reminding her of Orochi from her universe. So the potential I saw in them if she got to know Venom and how he’s actually a hero, the “Lethal Protector” as he calls himself, I could just see how she could fall for him seeing heroic actions from him. I also LOVE the beauty & the beast vibes I get from them, which I don’t think I’ve ever really loved until now.

I do have to say as well, the nsfw really did make a big impact on me. I’m not gonna deny it, I am a gooner (the game gets called Gooner Rivals after all), but I’m also at least an ethical gooner. While most people will look at all the nsfw of them and just see porn, I can’t help but see love making. After all, sex is the act of love making. So my favorite ship having a lot of content always meant I was being well fed (even tho it did give our ship a bad rep, I’m still gonna always be glad for the nsfw for everything I’ve said).

Nsfw aside, I’m glad everyone here has done their own part in making more sfw works with them, and I’m glad we’ve gotten so much of it. I’m even doing my part in getting sfw content done for them, cause I just LOVE the cute stuff with them and will never get tired of it.

Ever since I found this sub about a month ago now, Psymbiote has been on my mind 24/7 and has motivated me to want to practice & learn blender just so I can contribute to this community by making my own cute & funny content for them. So you all can look forward to that in the future.

I did also share in my first post here how my name on Rivals was based around Psymbiote during my Psylocke Era, so whenever they saw my name and saw me on Psylocke, they’d get the idea. Also it’s been years since I had made changes to my phones wallpaper layout etc. but I just HAD to change everything to Psymbiote. There’s no way I couldn’t.

Fun fact: I changed my name to Venoms GF back in Season 1 when I had decided that my 1st two Lords were gonna be Psymbiote themselves and grinded them.

So I decided to get in character as Psylocke and decked my profile out with her and have mostly kept it this way ever since.

Been a fan of them since day one and will always be happy to be here.
