Which element is it im joinj injsane webtool doesn't show anyhint (orple graidant at them bottom)

They boxed in everything which caused deadspaces between every box and I think it's just a waste of space (T_T) , also the tabs and search bar being a solid color is covering %90 of the theme :( I hope they add an option for the content window(?) To unbox when visiting a website, otherwise I like the new redesign :P
