Frieren, from Frieren: Beyond Journey's end. She's very wise, a great teacher, a powerful sorcerer and, above all, an adorable little elf with such pretty features. I love her for all those reasons.

Reze, from Chainsaw Man: Such a dynamic, cheerful and attractive character! Every time she talks to Denji, it feels like she's talking to and flirting with me instead. And it makes my heart melt.

Hange Zoe, from AoT: A scientist-like character who's borderline crazy about weird shit? Count me in! No, but seriously, her scientific curiosity is the hottest thing about her. I love her hairstyles, her cute pre-S4 face (I like S4 Hange too, but for slightly different reasons) and how she can get badass when needed. She's such a perfect girl, kinks and all.

Natsuki, from DDLC: Genuinely the most "cupcake" character I've come across. Her hesitation to voice her emotions makes me wanna hold her close until she figures it out. Also, she's got THE best hairstyle out of the 4 characters, hands down. She's precious and needs to be cared for, and I'll give her all the love and care she needs.
