Recently looked at at house that had been on the market for 16 days, no offer night. All of the sudden on day 16 when I went to see it, there were 2 other offers that evening. How often does this happen?

Edit: ended up putting a firm offer just below ask, seller proceeded to play the three of us off of each other for increments of a couple thousand multiple rounds. Also ended up taking a verbal offer and letting my offer expire.
