Im a tier 4 apprentice in MA, I applied to my local 4. Is it safe to say they'll start me as a tier 4 or is it restarting me back to tier 1? If thats the case should I just wait to get my journeyman? Also how does the union exactly work, do they just interview and you get hired or do they throw your info at companies associated with the union till you're hired?
