In September, I have a week-long business trip lined up to Nairobi, and I will try to carve out one day for a trip into Nairobi National Park. Most guidance I've found online states that malaria prophylaxis isn't "normally" needed for such a short trip so close to the city. Is that reasonable? Is it worth the cost and slight inconvenience of medication to eliminate the risk?
