For those who did not upgrade to H1B premium processing.

Can I resign once I receive the receipt notice and take a few weeks off before starting my new job on receipt, or do I need to begin the new position as soon as possible?

I know there’s 60 day grace period but the cases I saw are mostly with H1B approval. So I want to know if it’s the same case when the transfer is still pending?

Anyone have any experience
