Just bought my Efnote 3X brand new and am noticing ghost notes are less responsive than I’d like on both the pads and cymbals. I also notice that the edges of cymbals are particularly lower sensitivity… is this normal?

Also experiencing some issues with the hi hat triggering when simply lifting off the pedal and as well as cymbal volume triggering more unpredictably than I recall while demoing.

The module’s touch screen is defective so I have to return/exchange anyway. Did I just get a total dud or is everything else normal here besides the faulty touch screen?

(I did a factory reset calibrated the hi hat)
