Last trains on each line in the even of strike

No idea how exactly the Penn Station fires affect these trains, but I imagine that they'll all at least run from to/from Jamaica.

When exactly do they stop sending trains if there's a strike?

I'm hearing conflicting information about this. I heard that the LIRR will stop sending out trains at around 10 to make sure that the tracks are clear by midnight. I've also heard that they'll keep sending out trains until midnight and that all the trains that they send out will finish their trips.
