I know how it sounds, considering I was playing the game in SP and I don't wanna cope, but I played some maps after long break, and I was actually noticing issues with hit registration.

On this clip, I clearly hit the dude twice, and it does nothing to him. There's not even impact sound and you can even see some dust particles directly behind the guy's head. Only the third shot counts.

So I wanna know, is it common issue for everyone, or just me because my game is modded, so maybe it's because of that.
