MoCa Network with eero 7

MoCa Network with eero 7

I am setting up a network in a large house (9,000 square feet) built in the 1970s that is not wired for Ethernet. We discovered coax cables behind wall plates and have decided to utilize an eero 7 WiFi mesh network with a MoCa back-haul.

Below and attached is the current wiring plan:
-Xfinifity 2 gbps internet coming off the street
-PoE filter
-6-way MoCa compatible splitter at coax junction (mechanical room)
-Off the 6-way splitter, there is a coax run to the tech stack in a separate room in the basement where there will be a 2-way splitter with one end connected to a Nighthawk CM3000 modem and then Ethernet connected to an eero 7 pro router. On the other end of the 2-way splitter, there will be a Moca 2.5 adapter (goCoax) with an Ethernet line also connected to the eero 7 pro
-The other coax lines on the 6-way splitter will be connected to goCoax MoCa adapters at the coax wall plate in the respective rooms and connected to eero 7 pro nodes

Is this the best approach with the coax junction (in mechanical room) and the modem (in tech stack) in separate rooms?
