Weekly reset hit huge jump
Should I expect this is a bug or am I missing something?
I use the codex desktop app which tells us our remaining usage. I always get my reset on Monday around 7:30 EST unless they're doing something that pushes it back. My reset was meant for today, even said May 11th 2026 7:29 or whatever in the app. I noticed this around 8 PM and realized it was caching or outdated from having been left open. I closed it, re-opened, saw an update, updated, closed, re-opened and on the final re-open the usage limitations is gone from the desktop app.
I see a prompt saying I need to add more credits, I figured maybe it was still caching somehow so I sent a prompt to test it:
How could this be? even if I got my usage back today and managed to use it all in less then 5 hours (which I cant do) it would reset next week - not 2 weeks from now?
Did I miss something? Do we only get monthly resets now or what? Even if that were the case my tokens should have replenished before hand.
I have a business plan which I manage alone.
Any thoughts appreciated it.
