This weekend I had a longtime childhood friend come visit, we grew up together and honestly we’re a lot closer than friends, maybe closer to siblings, like step brother/ sister. Anyway, she texted me freaking out and accusing me of cheating because we went to the CVS after midnight.

How should I handle this??
